Guarantee your health & fitness results with my ultimate PT package. Everything you need including goals, motivation, training sessions, nutritional advice, meals plans and much more. I only work with 6 clients every quarter on this package so get in early & finally achieve those fitness goals you have always dreamed of!
- Initial 60-min consultation where I will assist you in setting rock solid, achievable goals for your training. We also discuss motivation, support strategies, nutrition, goals history. You'll end up with a plan to bullet-proof your goals from whatever has stopped you in the past!
- 30 x 45-minute Personal Training Sessions with Paul.
- 5 x Lifestyle Coaching Sessions at targeted intervals during your training.
- Full Nutritional Support including meal plans, dietary tips, food diary & log and more.
- All take home hard copy programs for the entire time you are with me as well as full email and targeted phone support every week.
- Personal Food Shopping with Paul to finally get clear about what foods to buy and eat and why! Also, foods to avoid that may surprise you!
- Ongoing Evaluations.
- Home visit to plan your home workouts; how to see your home as a gym; planning for your home gym set-up etc.
